Beginners Yoga Series Workshop (3-Week Series)

This 3-week Beginners Yoga Series is designed to help you build a strong, confident foundation in your yoga practice. Perfect for those new to yoga or anyone wanting to revisit the basics, this supportive workshop focuses on alignment, breath awareness, and a clear breakdown of Sun Salutation A & B.

Each 90-minute session offers detailed instruction, time for questions, and a guided, breath-connected flow to help you better understand common postures and transitions. You’ll move at an accessible pace while gaining the tools and confidence needed to step into regular yoga classes with ease.
